Welcome to a secluded paradise – a charming holiday home located on its own small peninsula by Lake Åsnen in Småland, Sweden.

This is the perfect place for anyone seeking peace, nature, fishing, and stunning sunsets – far away from noise and stress.

The House and Property

The house is 40 m² and includes:

• 1 bedroom with a partition wall and two double mattresses (140 cm, 4 beds), plus one single bed (80 cm) in the living room (1 bed)

• Living room/open-plan area with sofa, TV (with international satellite channels), and a well-equipped kitchen • Toilet and shower are located in a nearby annex.

Water is sourced from a private well. The spacious and lush garden features a lawn, stone walls, and a barbecue area. Outdoor furniture, a grill, and both sunny and shaded spots make it easy to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day. The location is sunny, quiet, and sheltered from lake winds – a true gem for anyone looking to unwind.

By the Lake Just 40 meters from the house is your private dock, ideal for swimming and boating. The swimming area has a sandy bottom and is perfect for a refreshing morning dip. Here you can also enjoy spectacular sunsets over Lake Åsnen – an experience in itself.

Fishing and Boat Rental

Lake Åsnen is one of southern Sweden’s best fishing lakes – especially known for pike, perch, zander, and eel. Within minutes by boat, you’ll reach the lake’s popular zander fishing areas in the eastern part.

Boat rental available:

• Linder aluminum rowing boat

• 4 hp motor can be rented

• Additional boats and motors available upon request

•  There is a gate at the entrance to the property, which should be closed after entry/exit

•  A hiking trail passes along the lake
